11International Use & Do Not Track

15Payment Processing & Financial Services Disclaimer

The information presented on this Site — including rate estimates, savings projections, and service descriptions — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of any particular outcome.

Actual fees, rates, and terms are subject to individual merchant underwriting, credit review, processing history, and the terms of a separately executed merchant services agreement. Results will vary by merchant. No specific rate, savings amount, or approval is guaranteed by any content on this Site.

16Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, secure, or free from errors or viruses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.

17Limitation of Liability

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
